Tyrannosaurus Rex is perhaps one of the most famous and beloved dinosaurs. However, his name evokes images of tyranny and mercilessness.
Known as King of the Dinosaurs, Tyrannosaurus Rex sports a big square head, heavy jaws with terrible teeth, long back feet, and short front feet. Scientists think that he might have used the front feet to bring food to his mouth.

Tyrannosaurus Rex used his long back legs in marathon races in which he steadily pursued and exhausted fleeter animals. Those long back legs also helped him to hunt for food for long, long periods of time.
